Having children is an amazing experience but can often mean that we lose our identity as women and as individuals. After having my son I was “Freddie’s Mummy” for so long it began to feel like my new name.
The side-effects of becoming a mum can often include weight gain, a different body shape, less body confidence, a wardrobe full of clothes no longer appropriate for your new lifestyle and a loss of identity.
Everyone wants to get back into their pre-pregnancy clothes but the truth is that they may no longer be appropriate for your lifestyle and even if they fit they may not longer flatter you if your body shape has changed. What you need is a wardrobe full of practical clothes which are comfortable, durable, easy to put together and washable for all those times we get covered in milk, food or worse!
If you’re ready to feel like YOU again; have a wardrobe full of clothes you actually wear, that look good and are appropriate for your new life then this could be the confidence boost you need.
I can assess your wardrobe, identify which clothes are suitable for your colouring and body shape and put together a shopping list of essential items before taking you shopping. It’s time to ignore that guilty inner voice that has prevented you from decluttering your wardrobe properly in the past and stop kidding yourself that you ‘might wear it one day’. It’s time to let it go, move forward and make the right decisions from now on. Equipped with the right knowledge it’s really not as hard as you think to achieve wardrobe bliss!!
When I’ve finished:
- You will be a “Yummy Mummy”
- Getting dressed will be quick and stress-free
- You will make full use of what you own and wear more varied combinations of clothes
- You will always look great as any items that don’t flatter or suit your body shape will have been removed and/or replaced
- You will feel stylish but be comfortable in your clothes

A Mum’s Package session lasts 4 hours. The first 90 minutes is spent helping you to understand which colours and styles best suit you, the kinds of clothes you feel truly confident wearing and are most appropriate for your lifestyle. The remaining 2 and a half hours is spent sorting through the clothes in your wardrobe. This is usually ample time for a typical wardrobe. However, if you have a very large number of clothes then an additional hourly rate may apply.
